Team Leader Frontend

Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting andServices company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our EuropeanCustomers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization toInfrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations. Our expertise extends to theoperational business processes, of the BPO.

We also help our clients set up their nearshore teamsin Tunisia, as an extension to their European teams whether they create a localcompany when a critical size is possible or incubate those teams withinBinitNS.

One of our clients, a European Financial ServicesCompany, is willing to build a new financial business in Germany. The ITinfrastructure and software will be built from scratch with an IT team thatwill seat between Europe and Tunis. BinitNS is acting as an advisor to themanagement team on this project.

In this context, weare hiring a Development Team Leader that will work with the Architects in Germany, support a team of 4 developers in Tunis, and focus on Core business processes softwares.

Ifyou are a developer, having had a large expertise in Frontend development, and are willing to work in an internationalEnglish-speaking environment, we will be glad to see you joining us to buildthis ambitious project within a commonGerman-Tunisian team.

RequiredSkills:

- Scrum Agile Lead: Experience withguiding/coaching agile teams, deep knowledge of agile methods and providingmetrics to stakeholders, and problem-solving.

- Mastering JavaScript, React, React Native, and Redux.

- Knowledge of graph & non-graph-basedstate libraries, Unit testing, and scripting.

- Basic Technical English.
