Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for recruiting,managing and supervising the tunisian structure, in close collaboration with the management team. You have a strong belief in your people and are developing a culture that inhabits theCompany’s core values. This role will be essential to ensure the integrity of your HR systems,programs, policies and procedures , and the effective implementation of initiatives meant tosupport objectives of the business.
You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, French & Englishpreferred. Managing conflict, and being able to remain neutral and still haveempathy . At least 5 years experience with financials, payroll and legal. Knowledge of local laws and regulations and completing required paperwork.
